Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Email us at support@holieunholie.com with your order number and the reason for your return. - Approval & Instructions
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions via email. - Return the Item
Ship the product back to us within 5 days of receiving the return confirmation. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. - Inspection & Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping charges.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories.
- Returns requested after 5 days of delivery confirmation may not be accepted.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
